FASB Seeks Comment On Proposed FSP FIN 48-d on Pass-Throughs

Earlier today (May 18), FASB released Proposed FSP FIN 48-d, Application Guidance for Pass-through Entities and Tax-Exempt Not-for-Profit Entities and Disclosure Modifications for Nonpublic Entities. FIN 48 is: Accounting for Uncertainty in Income Taxes. The 30-day comment period on the proposed FSP ends June 17.
